Finding live odds…

Medical science in the NFL operates on a completely different timeline than the rest of human existence. If you or I rolled an ankle so badly we needed to be carried out of our workplace, we would be milking workers' comp until Thanksgiving.
But New York Giants edge rusher Brian Burns is built different. According to Mike Garafolo, Burns is officially active today against the Tennessee Titans despite not logging a single practice rep all week.
"Mike Garafolo reported that Burns is active today despite no practice last week."
Burns suffered a left low ankle sprain late in the fourth quarter of Monday night’s brutal 28-6 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. He got rolled up on during a one-on-one rep and had to be helped off the field while keeping all his weight off the foot.
The man then pulled the rare triple-DNP on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. In the normal world, skipping three days of prep means you are definitely not presenting at the big meeting. In the NFL, it apparently just means you get to sleep in before hitting the quarterback.
This is a massive swing for anyone holding tickets on the game total or Giants defensive props. The Titans are rolling into MetLife Stadium angry after a tight 24-20 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, and having a premier edge rusher back on the field completely changes the math for the Tennessee offensive line.
Burns is off to a quiet start in 2026 with just four solo tackles and zero sacks through two weeks. But you do not pay a guy who racked up 8.5 sacks and 17 tackles for loss a couple of seasons ago to stand on the sideline if he can tape it up and go.
The real question is how much burst he actually has off the edge. We will know by the end of the first quarter if Burns is ready to wreck the game plan or if he is just out there playing the world's most expensive decoy.
