The NFL injury report is starting to look like a CVS receipt, and fantasy managers are officially in the panic room. ESPN insider Jeremy Fowler just dropped a receiver roundup that is going to nuke a lot of weekend parlays.

Nico Collins is officially out for the Houston Texans with a hamstring issue, while the Los Angeles Rams have Puka Nacua listed as doubtful with a bad hip. If you were banking on either of them to save your Sunday, it is time to start scrolling the waiver wire with the desperation of a guy looking for an open drive-thru at 3 a.m.

Over in Baltimore, Zay Flowers is carrying a questionable tag after re-aggravating a left hamstring injury against the Indianapolis Colts. He managed to grab five catches for 150 yards and a touchdown this season before his leg decided to stop cooperating, leaving the Baltimore Ravens passing attack looking dangerously thin.

The only guy actually trending in the right direction is Carolina Panthers wideout Jalen Coker. He rolled his ankle in the first quarter against the Chicago Bears, played through it, and is expected to suit up this weekend. Coker already has 16 catches for 204 yards and two touchdowns, proving that sometimes a little tape and pure spite are enough to keep a breakout season alive.

This kind of widespread receiver carnage completely flips the betting board. When top targets like Collins and Nacua vanish from the lineup, opposing defenses get to stack the box, and the under suddenly looks like the smartest play on the board.
