Adam Schefter just dropped an injury update that reads like a horror story for the New York secondary. Paulson Adebo is officially heading to injured reserve with a knee issue, Deonte Banks missed Friday's practice with a calf problem, and Greg Newsome III is limited by a rib injury.

Adebo going to IR is especially brutal considering the Giants handed him a three-year, $54 million contract to be the anchor of this group. He managed exactly 10 defensive snaps and three tackles in their recent 28-20 win over the Dallas Cowboys before his knee gave out.

If you are looking at the Monday night total or any Rams receiving props, this is the exact kind of structural collapse that moves the market. Los Angeles is already a tough matchup, and now New York is pulling guys like Nikko Reed off the Los Angeles Chargers' practice squad just to have enough warm bodies in the defensive backs room.
