Mitch Marner’s agent just went on a media tour to defend his client, and somehow managed to make everyone involved look worse. Darren Ferris hit the podcast circuit to claim the Toronto Maple Leafs never protected the star winger, officially putting a bow on the most exhausting divorce of the NHL offseason.
