Oddsmakers will obviously have to adjust the daily lines for Los Angeles without the most dangerous bat in baseball, but betting against this current Dodgers buzzsaw feels like setting money on fire.

De Paula gets his first taste of the big leagues when the Dodgers head to Florida to face the Miami Marlins on Friday night. We will see if the rookie can keep the line moving while Ohtani rests up for the postseason push.
