Breece Hall and Kenyon Sadiq Cleared for Jets' Opener in Tennessee

The New York Jets actually getting good injury news before Week 1 feels like a glitch in the matrix.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, running back Breece Hall and rookie tight end Kenyon Sadiq are officially good to go for Sunday’s season opener against the Tennessee Titans.

Hall being healthy is the entire engine of the New York offense. You can have all the veteran quarterback hype in the world, but without a guy who can turn a broken play into a 40-yard sprint, this offense usually stalls out before it even leaves the Meadowlands parking lot.

Throw in Sadiq, the rookie tight end who now gets his first taste of real NFL action, and the Jets suddenly have their full complement of weapons ready for the September 13 clash in Nashville.

For fantasy managers who spent a premium draft pick on Hall, you can finally exhale and leave him locked in your starting lineup. The Titans' defense is going to have its hands full trying to contain a fully operational Jets backfield.

Now New York just has to survive a Week 1 road trip without the football gods demanding a sacrifice. If Hall gets rolling early, Tennessee is in for a very long afternoon.
